NYSE Euronext Paris Announces Listing of AbbVie Inc's Shares

NYSE Euronext Paris announced that the 1,576,667,492 existing shares representing the share capital of AbbVie Inc will be admitted to listing and trading on the professional segment of the regulated market of NYSE Euronext in Paris. The reference price of the shares will be the closing price of the Company's shares on December 19, 2012 on the NYSE, converted into EUR based on the EUR/USD exchange rate on December 19, 2012. The first trading of shares will take place as from December 20, 2012 up to (and including) December 31, 2012 on a single trading line 'ABBVIE - PROMESSES' under the code 'ABBVIE - PROMESSES', the ISIN code will be 'US00287Y1091' and the trading symbol 'ABBV'. As from January 2, 2013 (settlement-delivery date), the shares will be listed under the product name 'ABBVIE', the ISIN code and the trading symbol will remain the same.
