Abertis Infraestructuras SA:Reaches agreement with Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico (GAP) for disposal of its full stake in Desarrollo de Concesiones Aeroportuarias (DCA) for net amount of 177 million euros.Net book gains generated from this transaction amount to 40 million euros.Says the operation is expected to be closed on April 20.DCA owns 17.5 percent stake in MBJ, concessionary of Montego Bay Airport, Jamaica, and 14.77 percent stake in SCL, which operates Santiago de Chile Airport.Abertis will no longer hold any airport asset in its portfolio and completes its exit of this business area.  Full Article

Obrascon Huarte Lain SA:Announces that today (through its wholly-owned subsidiary OHL Emisiones, S.A.U.) has sold a total of 44,915,253 shares in Abertis Infraestructuras, S.A., representing 5 pct of its share capital, to Inmobiliaria Espacio, S.A. (the parent company in the Villar Mir Group).Says the total purchase price is 704,917,947 euros, equivalent to a price of 15.6944 euros per share, and the transaction is expected to be settled on Oct. 17.Says following this transaction, OHL's stake in the share capital of Abertis is now 13.925 pct and the Villar Mir Group's direct or indirect interest in Abertis remains at 18.925 pct.  Full Article
