The Law Offices of Todd M. Garber announced that shareholders of Abiomed Inc have until January 15, 2013 to move for lead plaintiff status in the shareholder lawsuit filed in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of a class (the Class) comprising all purchasers of Abiomed securities between August 5, 2011 and October 31, 2012, inclusive (the Class Period). The Complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period the defendants made materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company's business, operations and financial prospects.
