AECOM Technology Corp Reaffirms FY 2012 EPS Guidance

AECOM Technology Corp announced that it expects diluted earnings per share results for fiscal 2012 to be in the range of $2.45 to $2.65. The fiscal 2012 earnings guidance range includes the following key assumptions: fiscal 2012 tax rate of 29%, inclusive of non-controlling interest deduction; interest expense of $43 million; amortization of intangibles expense of $24 million; depreciation expense of $76 million; and full-year share count of 115 million. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report EPS of $2.57 for fiscal 2012.
