AF AB Announces Prospectus Relating to Admission of Newly Issued Shares to Trading

AF AB announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has prepared a prospectus for admission of newly issued shares of class B to trading. The prospectus has been approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The newly issued shares are being issued to Danir AB as part of the consideration for AF AB's acquisition of Epsilon Holding AB (publ). The newly issued shares are expected to be registered and admitted to trading around December 4, 2012.
