AF AB Announces Organizational Changes
AF AB announced that as a consequence of the acquisitions of Epsilon and of Advansia in Norway, the Company plans to introduce organizational changes to create clearer AF offer to current and potential clients. As a result of the changes there will be a clearer dividing line between the operations of the Company's Technology Division (R&D and IT) and Industry Division (process and production development), and a small number of units will be transferred (organizationally) between these divisions with effect from July 1, 2013. Additionally, following the acquisition of Epsilon, the Partner Network but will be integrated into AF's other divisions than just the Technology Division. The Company also announced that it intends to invest in Key Account Management (KAM) and appointed Mr. Viktor Svensson as Executive Vice President, Sales & Market Communications.
