Books in ALIOR BANK SA's IPO covered at PLN 60 per Share – Reuters

Reuters reported that Banks offering the shares of Polish bank Alior Bank SA in the country's largest share sale in 2012 have books fully covered at PLN 60 per share, closer to the lower end of the range. The bank expected to raise PLN 700 million (USD 222 million) by issuing up to 25 million new shares in the initial public offering (IPO). Alior Bank SA's owner, Italian-based Carlo Tassara group, an investment vehicle of French businessman Mr. Roman Zaleski, has also put its 26 million existing shares up for sale, raising the possible free float to 66% which is the largest among Warsaw-listed banks.
