Amer Sports Oyj Maintains FY 2012 EBIT and Net Sales Guidance

Amer Sports Oyj announced that its guidance for the fiscal year 2012 net sales (revenue) is unchanged. The net sales for the fiscal year 2012 in local currencies are expected to increase from the numbers reported in the fiscal year 2011 in line with the Company's annual 5% growth target. The Company's fiscal year 2012 EBIT excluding non-recurring items is expected to be approximately at the level of the numbers achieved in the fiscal year 2011. For the fiscal year 2011, the Company reported revenue of EUR 1,880.80 million and EBIT of EUR 135.50 million. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts on average are expecting the Company to report revenue of EUR 2,017.44 million and EBIT of EUR 135.50 million for the fiscal year 2012.
