Ahlstrom Oyj Announces Details on FY 2012 Dividend
Ahlstrom Oyj announced that its Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting that for the financial year ended on December 31, 2012 a dividend totaling EUR 0.63 per share be paid. The dividends will be paid to shareholders registered in the Register of Shareholders held by Euroclear Finland Ltd. on the record date, April 3, 2013. The proposed dividend payment date is April 10, 2013.
