Asian American Medical Group Ltd:Says that its wholly owned subsidiary Asian American Liver Centre Pte Ltd (AALC) entered into joint venture agreement with Pinlon Hospital and 30th Street Clinic to establish liver centre based in Pinlon to provide treatment for liver diseases.Says AALC will hold 20 pct. stake in , while Pinlon and 30th Street will hold 50 pct. and 30 pct. respectively.  Full Article

Asian American Medical Group Ltd announced that the Board has approved a second and final dividend of AUD0.001 cent per share. Including the interim dividend of AUD0.001 per share paid in May 2013, the total payout for FY2013 is AUD0.002 per share. Asian American Medical Group Ltd announced that with reference to the announcement made earlier, in relation to the memorandum of agreement (MOU) between AAMG and Vinmec International Hospital JSC (VINMEC) to jointly set up a liver centre in Hanoi Vietnam. The Company now announced that the Company has entered into a three year services agreement (the agreement) to formalise the MOU. Asian American Medical Group Ltd Announces Partnership With Vinmec International Hospital JSC

Asian American Medical Group Ltd (AAMG) announced that it is partnering Vinmec International Hospital JSC (VINMEC), a division of Vietnam's real estate group Vingroup Joint Stock Company (Vingroup), to offer international standard liver surgery and transplantation for the first time in country of over 87 million people. Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between AAMG and VINMEC the two parties will jointly set up the Vietnamese-American Liver Center (VALC) to treat the whole spectrum of liver diseases for adults and children. VALC will be located within VINMEC, an international-standard hospital established since February 2012 in Hanoi. VALC will provide complicated hepatobiliary surgery and transplantation in VINMEC's 12 main operating theatres and five day-care operating rooms.  Full Article

AAMG Pte Ltd's principal activities are to provide management and consultancy services in the healthcare industry. Meanwhile, the Company also announced that Mr. Yeoh Meng Yau has been appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer of the Group effective March 1, 2013.
