TNK-BP Holding OAO Acquires TK Kol'tsovo ZAO And Announces Further Details On Acquisition Of TZK Aktiv OOO From Aeroport Kol'tsovo OAO-SKRIN

SKRIN reported that TNK-BP Holding OAO has signed an agreement for the acquisition of 10,000 shares representing a 100% stake in Toplivozapravochnaya kompaniya Kol'tsovo ZAO (TK Kol'tsovo ZAO) from Aeroport Kol'tsovo OAO for USD 30 million. Moreover, TNK-BP Holding OAO has signed an agreement for the acquisition of a 100% stake in TZK Aktiv OOO from Aeroport Kol'tsovo OAO for USD 70 million. The payments will be made in rubles at the exchange rate as of the date of payment. Further details were not disclosed.
