Egersund Group AS Places Mandatory Offer for AKVA Group ASA

AKVA Group ASA announced that the Oslo Stock Exchange, in capacity as take-over supervisory authority, has approved the mandatory offer document for the offer to acquire the shares in Akva Group ASA made by Egersund Group AS. The offer price is NOK 11.25 per share. The acceptance period lasts from and including December 21, 2012 to and including January 18, 2013 at 16:30 (CET- Central European Time). The receiving agent is Pareto Securities ASA.
