ALM Equity AB Proposes Dividend of SEK 8.40 per Preference Share with Quarterly Dividend of SEK 2.10

ALM Equity AB announced that its Board of Directors calls for an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on April 3, 2013 to change conditions of preference shares and bonus issue of preference shares, as well as bonus issue of preference shares to ordinary shareholders. The Board proposes that the Annual General Meeting of the Company resolves on a divided on preference shares of SEK 8.40 per preference share with quarterly payout of SEK 2.10. The Board proposes redemption of every fourth preference share without compensation. The distribution of the remaining preference shares increases from SEK 5.00 with semi-annual payment of SEK 2.50.
