Alstom SA and the Fonds Strategique d'Investissement (FSI) Submit an Acquisition Offer of Translohr

Alstom SA and the Fonds Strategique d'Investissement (FSI) announced that they have confirmed their intention to acquire Translohr, a division of Lohr Industrie specialized in rubber-tyred trams. They made a firm offer that, if accepted, would ensure the sustainability of its activity in Alsace. It would be accompanied by the investments requested to safeguard its future. Finally, it would allow Lohr Industrie to pursue its own business. Financial terms of the offer were not disclosed.
