Thales SA:Says to have joined forces with Allianz SE's Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE (AGCS) to offer comprehensive protection against cyber crime.Says the new Allianz Cyber Data Protect insurance policy from AGCS covers the costs incurred by responding to a cyber attack on an insured company and rebuilding its information system as well as losses arising from interruption of business operations.Says it is contributing its experience in both initial analysis of IT security risks and emergency response in the event of an attack.  Full Article

Altarea SCA (Altarea Cogedim):Says it agreed with Allianz SE's Allianz Real Estate to establish a long-term partnership on five core shopping center properties in France owned and managed by Altarea Cogedim.Says the portfolio includes Bercy Village, Toulouse Gramont, the Gare de l'Est boutiques, Espace Chanteraines in Gennevilliers, as well as the Toulon - La Valette development project.Says portfolio represents a total asset value of more than 800 million euros.Says the partnership is structured with German insurance companies in the Allianz Group taking a 49% minority stake in the companies that own the properties, representing a total investment of 395 million euros.Says Altarea Cogedim maintains control and management of the properties in the portfolio.Says the Altarea Cogedim Group was advised in this transaction by Morgan Stanley, the law firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and the notaries Cheuvreux.Says Allianz was advised by King & Spalding, Freshfields, KPMG and Cushman & Wakefield.  Full Article

Reuters reported that Assicurazioni Generali SpA's Generali Properties (Generali) has agreed to buy for EUR 109 million a 33% stake owned by Allianz SE's Allianz Italia (Allianz) in Milan's CityLife real estate project. With the sale, Generali will become the sole shareholder of the CityLife consortium, which is re-developing 360,000 square meters in semi-central Milan. As part of the deal, Allianz has agreed to purchase the Isozaki Tower, one of three skyscrapers that are part of the project, and part of the residential district for EUR 367 million.  Full Article

Further to this transaction on 25.6% of its capital, Fonciere des 6eme et 7eme Arrondissements de Paris (SIIC) SA's shareholding structure is now the following: Covea: 26.8% versus 18.6% formerly; Allianz SE: 26.5% versus 18.2% formerly, Cofitem Cofimur SA: 16.8% versus 8.6% formerly; ACM: 9.54% (unchanged), and free float: 19.1% versus 18.3% formerly.  Full Article

Allianz SE To Buy Polish Mall From Immofinanz For $532 Million-Reuters

Reuters reported that Allianz SE agreed to buy a shopping mall in the Polish city of Katowice from Immofinanz AG (IIA) for EUR412 million ($532 million). Allianz, based in Munich, is expected to complete the purchase of the Silesia City Center in September. The mall has about 340 stores with combined space of 89,000 square meters (958,000 square feet), all of which is occupied, Immofinanz said.  Full Article
