Coms Plc:Agreement for a lucrative contract for a prominent mobile phone supplier in India.Initial 4,000 SIM cards will be delivered to our customer, which will grow to a total of 35,000 SIM cards during first year.In year two, an additional 70,000 SIM cards will be delivered and the base is expected to grow to a total of 150,000 by the end of the third year.SIM cards are designed for subscribers travelling outside India, to enable them to call effectively and cheaply.  Full Article

Coms Plc:Says recent contract awards total in excess of 1.73 mln pounds.Contract wins from a number of new channel partners worth a total of 696,000 pounds revenue per annum.Says primarily delivering hosted lines and calls, they also include the transference of IP traffic via SIP trunks.Says through its Redstone subsidiary, it has been awarded a contract totalling 499,000 pounds to supply a Cisco converged network to a commercial property company.Says through its Redstone subsidiary, it was also awarded further infrastructure installations totalling to 0.273 mln pounds.Says CloudXL has secured additional contract wins worth 25,000 pounds with many recognisable high street names through the implementation of hardware and telephony services.Says Coms Media has recently been awarded a contract to deliver a new season of 11 episodes of a documentary to an engaging, vivid and interesting satellite television channel.Says additional contract wins including providing Computer Generated imagery (CGi), providing filming services and providing specialised Augmented Reality (AR) services and innovation, worth 85,000 pounds.  Full Article

Coms Plc:Forms a new subsidiary, Coms Media Ltd, following the acquisition of the media, design and animation specialist companies Clicks Media Studios Ltd and Darkside Animations Ltd.Says Coms has agreed to pay a combined consideration of 167,000 pounds cash which will be funded from the company's existing cash resources plus 175,000 pounds in shares at a price of 4.5 pence per share.Says the owners of both businesses will become Coms employees and have been restricted from selling any of the consideration shares for at least 3 months post transaction.  Full Article
