AamigoO Group NV Announces Intention to Sell Corso, REVL and Aamigoo Services Shares-DJ

Dow Jones reported that AamigoO Group NV (Amigoo) has agreed with the former owners of Corso BV, at the moment held by Amigoo, JvS and Avantus Human Capital Organisation bv that shares of Corso, REVL and Aamigoo Services will be transferred to these two parties. The sale transaction amounts EUR 2 million. This amount includes debts, which are not further discounted. The final sale is subject to Shareholders approval and is expected to take place at the Extraordinary General Meeting of February 28, 2013.
