Ansys Ltd Announces Board Change
Ansys Ltd announced the following appointments, effective from June 4, 2013: Nonhlanhla Mjoli-Mncube as independent Non-executive Chairman of the Company; Sizakele ‘Siza’ Mzimela as independent non-executive director of the Company, and Teddy Daka as Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the Company. Teddy held the position of Chairman and Interim CEO of Ansys since June 2012. The appointments will align the board composition of Ansys with the recommendations of King III, with the roles of chairman and chief executive officer being separated.
