Arctic Gold AB Announces Results of Rights Issue
Arctic Gold AB announced that the rights issue in Arctic Gold, with May 8, 2013 as last day for subscription, has been completed. The issue amounted to 5,389,493 shares providing Arctic Gold with SEK 5.4 million before issue costs. In the issue, 3,378,048 shares were subscribed for with and without preferential rights, totaling approximately SEK 3.4 million. The remaining part of the issue, corresponding to approximately SEK 2.0 million was signed equally by the two largest shareholders of Arctic Gold, Markus Elsasser and Tord Cederlund in accordance with underwriting guarantees.
