A-Rank Bhd announced that its 55%-owned subsidiary, HONGLEE has on March 26, 2013 incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Honglee Design And Marketing Sdn Bhd (HONGLEE DESIGN). HONGLEE DESIGN has an authorised capital of RM100,000.00 comprising of 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and an issued and paid-up share capital of RM2.00 divided into 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. HONGLEE DESIGN is currently dormant and is intended to be principally involved in the marketing and trading of all kinds of aluminium and glass products, designing of structured pattern works and installation works of all kinds of aluminium and glass products.
