On Assignment, Inc. Issues Q2 2012 Mixed Guidance; Revises H2 2012 Guidance

On Assignment, Inc. announced that for the second quarter of 2012, it expects revenues of $177 million to $180 million, adjusted EBITDA of $18.0 million to $19.1 million, net income of $7.6 million to $8.2 million and Earnings per diluted share of $0.20 to $0.22. For the second half of 2012, it expects revenues of $775 million to $805 million, Adjusted EBITDA as a percentage of revenue 10% to 11%, Adjusted net income per diluted share of $0.50 to $0.60 and Cash earnings per diluted share of $0.77 to $0.88. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts on an average are expecting the Company to report revenue of $185 million, EBITDA of $15.6 million, net income of $7.3 million and EPS of $0.19 for second quarter of 2012; revenue of $263 million, EBITDA of $25 million, and EPS of $0.25 for third quarter of 2012; revenue of $260 million, EBITDA of $24 million, and EPS of $0.25 for fourth quarter of 2012.
