Asiasons Capital Ltd Announces Increase Of Investment In Subsidiary

Asiasons Capital Ltd announced that the Company has increased its investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Asiasons WFG Capital Pte Ltd (Asiasons WFG Capital) by subscribing for 2,500,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of Asiasons WFG Capital for a cash consideration of SGD500,000.00. The increase of the investment was funded fully by internally generated resources of the Company and was effected to strengthen the capital structure of Asiasons WFG Capital. Following the investment, the resultant issued share capital of Asiasons WFG Capital will be SGD1,000,000.00. The aforesaid increase in investment is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and consolidated earnings per share of the Company for the current financial year ending December 31, 2013.
