Atea ASA Discontinues Discussions Regarding Potential Offer for Acquisition of Company's Shares

Atea ASA announced that the Company and certain of its shareholders were in discussions with a private equity fund regarding a potential recommended offer for the shares of the Company. The discussions have now been discontinued as it has not been possible to reach a final agreement between the potential offeror and the largest shareholder of the Company, Systemintegration ApS. Consequently, a final agreement between the potential offeror and the Company has not been reached either.
