Advanced Info Service PCL announced that it will pay a final dividend for the fiscal year 2012 of THB 5.00 per share, on April 23, 2013, to shareholders of the book closing date on April 4, 2013. The Company paid a final dividend of THB 4.26 per share for the same period the year previous. Advanced Info Service PCL Announces 2.1GHz License Auction (3G) Result
Advanced Info Service PCL announced that on October 18, 2012, the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) has officially noticed the 2.1GHz license auction (3G) result to Advanced Wireless Network Co Ltd (AWN), a 99.99% owned subsidiary of the Company. AWN is officially the auction winner for three spectrum bandwidth covering 1950MHz paring to 2140MHz to 2155MHz at the bid price of THB 14,625 million. Before officially awarded the license to operate 2.1GHz, AWN is required to fulfill the terms and conditions set by the NBTC within 90 days after receiving the official notification of auction result. Advanced Info Service PCL announced it will pay an interim dividend for the first half of fiscal year 2012 of THB 5.90 per share, on September 6, 2012, to shareholders of the book closing date on August 24, 2012.
