Axis AB announced that the Board proposes a fiscal year 2012 dividend of SEK 5.00 per share, of which SEK 2.75 is an extra dividend. In the fiscal year 2011, the Company reported a dividend of SEK 5.50 per share, of which SEK 3.25 was an extra dividend.
