Antares Energy Limited Increases Working Interest In Southern Star Project
Antares Energy Limited announced that it has purchased the working interest of Dinero Operating Company in the Southern Star project. Dinero's working interest ranged from 1.3 – 2.7% throughout the majority of the Southern Star leases. In Addition, the Company has purchased an additional 320 gross and 224 net acres representing an additional 8 gross drilling locations on 40-acre spacing. Antares Energy Limited Announces USD 200 Million Term Debt Facility
Antares Energy Limited announced that it has executed a Committed Letter of Offer for a USD 200,0000,000 Term Debt Facility to support the development of Oil and Gas properties located in the Permian Basin, West Texas. The Company will now undertake a not less than 30 well drilling program which will be completed by the December 31, 2012. By the conclusion of fiscal 2012, it will have drawn down USD 50,000,000 to facilitate this fully funded drilling program, which will consist of 24 wells in Southern Star and 6 wells in Big Star and Northern Star combined.
