Braskem SA announced that on December 28, 2012 it sold to Odebrecht Ambiental assets related to the Water Treatment Unit, located in the Camacari Petrochemical Complex, through the sale of the total stake in Distribuidora de Aguas Camacari SA and it sold a total stake held by the Company in Cetrel SA, corresponding to a 54.2% stake in the share capital of Cetrel SA.
