Banco Bradesco SA Announces Share Bonus

Banco Bradesco SA announced a 10% share bonus through an issue of 382,479,458 shares of which 191,239,739 ordinary shares and 191,239,719 preferred shares to be attributed to shareholders in the proportion of one new share for every 10 shares held. It also approved to maintain monthly own capital interest of gross BRL 0.018817992 per ordinary share and BRL 0.020699791 per preferred share corresponding to net BRL 0.015995293 per ordinary share and BRL 0.017594822 per preferred share. In this way, own capital interests will be incremented of 10% after the inclusion of new shares.
