Bombardier Inc Announces Dividend
Bombardier Inc announced that a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share on Class A Shares (Multiple Voting) and of $0.025 per share on Class B Shares (Subordinate Voting) is payable on June 30, 2013 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on June 14, 2013. Holders of Class B Shares (Subordinate Voting) of record at the close of business on June 14, 2013 also have a right to a priority quarterly dividend of $0.000390625 per share. RwandAir Places Firm Order for Dual-Class Bombardier Inc's Q400 NextGen Airliner

Bombardier Inc's Bombardier Transportation Signs Variation Order
Bombardier Inc announced that Bombardier Transportation has signed a variation order to develop and supply important components for the next generation ICx high speed trains for Deutsche Bahn (DB AG) under a framework agreement with Siemens AG signed in May 2011. DB AG recently expanded original order by an additional 170 coaches. The variation order of March 2013 is worth approximately EUR336 million (USD440 million) to Bombardier in addition to the original order. Bombardier will supply Siemens with, among other components, all the body shells as well as trailer bogies of the new ICx fleet. Consortium of Bombardier Inc's Bombardier Transportation, Thales SA and Nokia Siemens Networks Wins Rail Contract in Poland
Thales SA announced that the consortium led by Bombardier Inc's Bombardier Transportation, with Thales SA and Nokia Siemens Networks has won the contract to modernize the signaling of the 350 kilometer long E65 railway line linking Warsaw and Gdynia in Poland. Bombardier Inc Signs $2.56 Billion Deal With Ilyushin-Reuters
Reuters reported that Bombardier Inc said Russia's Ilyushin Finance Co has signed a $2.56 billion agreement to buy 32 of the Canadian aircraft manufacturer's CS300 jetliners. Ilyushin also has an option for ten more of the 130-seat jets, which would raise the total value of the deal to $3.42 billion, Bombardier said. Full Article

Deutsche Bahn AG Sues Bombardier Inc Over Trains-Reuters
Reuters reported that Deutsche Bahn AG has launched two lawsuits against Canadian trainmaker Bombardier Inc over problems with its regional and city trains. Deutsche Bahn was seeking damages in the hundreds of millions of Euros, while German newspaper Sueddeutsche Zeitung reported it was seeking EUR160 million ($213.46 million). The paper reported that one of the suits, filed with a court in Berlin, related to problems with trains' tilting technology, while the other suit, filed in Munich, was due to issues with brakes. The Deutsche Bahn spokesman declined to comment further. A Bombardier spokesman said he was unable to comment because of 'ongoing negotiations'. Full Article
Avcorp Industries Inc Ceases Litigation With Bombardier Inc Over Termination For Convenience
Avcorp Industries Inc announced that it has ceased any and all litigation against Bombardier Inc. which was commenced in 2010 by Avcorp Industries in the Superior Court of Quebec, in connection with the termination by Bombardier of production work relating to the CRJ700 aircraft program. Avcorp Industries and Bombardier agreed that each will be responsible for their respective costs. Avcorp is actively pursuing participation in Bombardier's supply chain for several of Bombardier's programs. The Company currently produces components for the Bombardier Challenger 605 and Challenger 850 business jets as well as composite floorboards for the CRJ, Q400, and Learjet programs. Full Article
Qantas Airways Ltd Orders Three Bombardier Inc's Q400 Turboprops-Reuters
