Bango plc:Announces conditional Firm Placing, Placing and Open Offer of up to 6,250,000 New Ordinary Shares at 96 pence per share to raise up to 6.0 mln pounds before expenses.Proposing to issue 4,173,650 New Ordinary Shares through the Firm Placing (on a non-pre-emptive basis) and 2,076,350 New Ordinary Shares through the Placing and Open Offer.Says offering Qualifying Shareholders the opportunity to participate in the Open Offer to subscribe for an aggregate of up to 2,076,350 New Ordinary Shares, to raise gross proceeds of up to about 1.99 mln pounds.Intends to use the net proceeds of the Fundraising (which are expected to be about 5.6 mln pounds) to generally strengthen Bango's balance sheet, increase the resources available to the Board and maintain expenditure in R&D.  Full Article

Bango Plc announced that it has conducted a proposed placing with institutional investors of 3,250,000 new ordinary shares at 200 pence per share to raise GBP 6.5 million (approximately USD 10.2 million) before expenses. Bango Plc And Telefónica Announce Global Mobile Payments Partnership

Bango Plc And Telefónica Digital announced that they have signed a Global Framework Agreement. The two companies will partner globally to create an enhanced direct-to-bill payment experience for mobile app stores. The partnership will combine Bango's frictionless payment experience with Telefónica's BlueVia Payment APIs (Application Programming Interface), which will connect over 350 million chargeable customers worldwide through the Bango Payments Platform. BlueVia is the global platform from Telefónica that helps developers take apps, web services and ideas to market, making it easy for app developers to access Telefónica's network APIs, global communications infrastructure and 314 million subscribers. A key element of BlueVia is its operator billing functionality, allowing users to bill the cost of a purchase to their phone bill in one-click.  Full Article
