Bonheur ASA Announces Details Regarding FY 2012 Dividend
Bonheur ASA announced that the proposed ordinary dividend of NOK 7.00 per share for the fiscal year 2012 is distributed to the shareholders of the Company as of the date of the Annual General Meeting, May 30, 2013. Subject to the Annual General Meeting resolving the proposed distribution of dividend, the Company’s shares will be traded ex. dividend from and including May 31, 2013, and it is expected that the payment date of dividend will then be June 25, 2013. Ganger Rolf ASA announced that Fred. Olsen Windcarrier AS, which is indirectly owned on a 50/50 basis by Bonheur ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA, has been awarded a contract by the German company SIEMENS AG for installation work of 80 turbines at the "Butendiek" offshore wind power plant off Germany's North Sea coast. Ganger Rolf ASA and Bonheur ASA's Joint Venture Enters into Agreement to Sell Akka Vind AB to Vardar Boreas AS
Ganger Rolf ASA announced that Fred. Olsen Renewables AB, which is indirectly owned on a 50/50 basis by Bonheur ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA, has entered into a Sales and Purchase Agreement with Vardar Boreas AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vardar AS, for the sale of Akka Vind AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fred. Olsen Renewables AB, for a transaction value of approximately SEK 95 million. Akka Vind AB is a holding company for a portfolio of small sized wind projects in southern Sweden. The portfolio consists of projects with an installed capacity of 7 Megawatt (MW) and an annual production of 17 Gigawatt Hours (GWh), in addition to development projects of up to 33 MW. Ganger Rolf ASA announced that Bold Tern Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Fred. Olsen Windcarrier AS, which is indirectly owned on a 50/50 basis by Bonheur ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA, has taken delivery of the new build "Bold Tern" from the Lamprell Shipyard in Dubai. The "Bold Tern" is the second of two self-elevating vessels for installation of offshore wind turbines and associated equipment delivered from the yard. The "Brave Tern" was delivered in October 2012. Both vessels will be operated through Fred. Olsen Windcarrier to provide transport and installation services to the expanding offshore wind markets. The contract includes the provision of installation technicians from Global Wind Service A/S (DK) and one crew/service vessel of the Bayard class as provided by Fred. Olsen Windcarrier A/S (DK).
