Bouygues SA:Says the Full Circle Generation investment fund has awarded a contract worth more than 202 million euros to Bouygues Energies & Services, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, for the turnkey delivery of a waste-to-energy gasification plant in Belfast, Northern Ireland.Bouygues Energies & Services will be responsible for the engineering, procurement and construction of the 15 MWe facility, and will then carry out operation and maintenance for 17 years.  Full Article

Bouygues SA:Bouygues Construction sells its stake in the A28 motorway concession company to fund manager PGGM.Bouygues Construction group sold its stake in ALIS (Autoroute de Liaison Seine-Sarthe) to PGGM on Sept. 28, 2015.Sale concerns 33.17 pct of the capital of Alis, corresponding to shares owned by group subsidiaries Bouygues Travaux Publics, DTP and Quille, along with related shareholder loans.It will take place in two phases.First phase of 23.17 pct amounting to 76 million euros, carried out on Sept 28, 2015.Second phase of 10 pct amounting to 35 million euros, scheduled for completion in June 2016.  Full Article

Bouygues SA:Bouygues Construction chosen to construct sewage tunnels in Qatar.The Qatar public works authority has awarded two contracts for the design and construction of sewage tunnels to Bouygues Travaux Publics.The two contracts are worth approximately 550 million euros, of which Bouygues Travaux Publics' share amounts to roughly 285 millions euros.Project began this summer, with handover scheduled for 2019.  Full Article

Altice SA:Defended its bid for Bouygues Telecom and confirmed it valued France's no.3 mobile operator at "a minimum of 10 billion euros" - Reuters.Altice said it had provided employment guarantees to the French government and to the Bouygues BOUY.PA group, which rejected the offer for its telecoms unit earlier this week.Altice said it took note of the board's unanimous decision and regretted that neither the company nor its advisers had sought any details from Altice about the offer.Altice said it had promised the government that it would increase capital expenditure and participate fully in an auction of 700 megahertz frequencies.  Full Article

Bouygues SA:Said board of Directors decides not to follow up on the Altice group's offer to enter into negotiation.Said the Board is convinced that the telecoms market is at the dawn of a new era of growth driven by the exponential development of digital uses.Said the Board believes that Bouygues Telecom has the means to return to an EBITDA margin of at least 25% by 2017 (the same level as in 2011), a margin that should continue to rise in the longer term.The Board considers that the offer presents a significant execution risk, which should not be borne by Bouygues, particularly in terms of competition law in both the fixed and mobile markets.Said the offer does not factor in the imminent launch of the 700 MHz frequencies auction process and its consequences on the deal.  Full Article
