Broken Hill Prospecting Ltd announced that following the passing of a resolution at the Annual General Meeting, held on the November 29, 2012, for the delisting from the NZX Main Board (NZX), the Company announces that it has requested NZX Limited to delist the Company from close of business on Thursday February 28, 2013. NZX has accepted this request and the last day of trading will therefore be Monday February 25, 2013. Following the delisting, the securities on the Company’s New Zealand register will be transferred to the Company’s Australian register.
