Bruker Corp Lowers FY 2013 Guidance
Bruker Corp updated fiscal 2013 guidance and expects reported revenue growth rates by approximately 2% due to the recent Yen depreciation. This reduction is expected to result in reported revenue growth of 2% to 3% for fiscal 2013. The Company now expects to report fiscal 2013 non-GAAP EPS of between $0.80 and $0.83, a reduction of $0.08 from previous guidance, also due primarily to the weaker Yen. Bruker Corp Issues FY 2013 Guidance; Revenue Guidance Above Analysts' Estimates; Issues Q1 2013 Guidance; EPS Guidance Below Analysts' Estimates-Conference Call
Bruker Corp announced that for fiscal 2013, it expects expect to generate reported revenue growth of approximately 4% to 5% and expect to generate approximately 6% to 10% growth in non-GAAP earnings per share in fiscal 2013 when compared to fiscal 2012. In addition, in fiscal 2013, the Company expect to incur $20 million to $25 million of restructuring charges related to the facility exits in CAM and BEST and the rampup of its outsourcing initiatives in other divisions. Bruker Corp announced an exclusive licensing agreement with Erasmus Medical Center, Rotterdam, The Netherlands for rapid testing of beta-lactamase activity using MALDI-TOF technology.
