BSL Corporation Bhd announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Crestronics (M) Sdn Bhd, has on September 20, 2012, incorporated a 52% owned subsidiary known as Crestronics Greentech Sdn Bhd (Crestronics Greentech). The initial issued and paid-up share capital is MYR 100.00 comprising 100 ordinary shares of MYR 1.00 each. The remaining 33% and 15% equity interests in Crestronics Greentech are held by Myled Opto Technology Sdn Bhd and Hightech Factory Automation (M) Sdn Bhd respectively. BSL Corporation Berhad announced that AAI Autoclusters Sdn Bhd (AAI Autocluster), a wholly owned subsidiary of Advance Autotek Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is a 51% owned subsidiary of BSL Corporation Berhad had on March 12, 2012 received a notice of striking off pursuant to Section 308(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 from the Companies Commission of Malaysia informing that AAI Autoclusters has been struck off from the Register of Companies. BSL Corporation Berhad announced that its 51% owned subsidiary, Advance Autotek Industries (M) Sdn Bhd, has entered into an amicable settlement with the Defendants, Xadacorp Sdn Bhd, Tio Boon Yiaw and Choong Heng (Chong Choong Heng) whereby the Defendants have banked in the sum of MYR 489,297.00 (being shortfall of the profit guarantee by the Defendants for the year 2009 less bank guarantee and variance in year 2008) to Advance Autotek Industries (M) Sdn Bhd's bank account as full and final settlement with no order as to costs and without liberty to file afresh.  Full Article
