Supervisory Agency Imposes Fines On Gas Natural de Lima y Callao SA

Gas Natural de Lima y Callao SA announced that on January 4, 2013 it was notified by the Supervisory Agency for Energy and Mining Investments (OSINERGMIN), through the Resolution No 017650, on the fine imposed on the Company. The fine in the amount of UIT 46.09 was imposed for the alleged breach of Article 27, Appendix 1 of the Regulations on Natural Gas Distribution Via Pipeline Network, approved by the Resolution No. 042-99-EM; the fine in the amount of UIT 50 was imposed for the alleged breach of Article 22, Appendix 1 of the Regulations on ERP Omicron; and the fine in the amount of UIT 50 was imposed for the alleged breach of Article 22, Appendix 1 of the Regulations on ERP Mochica.
