Cogent Communications Group, Inc. Issues FY 2012 Revenue Guidance; Comments On FY 2013 Revenue Guidance-Conference Call

Cogent Communications Group, Inc. announced that it expect its revenue growth for fiscal 2012 versus fiscal 2011 to be slightly below its revenue growth target of 10% to 20% due to the loss and foreign exchange. The Company do anticipate that its full-year revenue growth in fiscal 2013 over fiscal 2012 will return to its long-term range of 10% to 20%. The Company reported revenue of $305.50 million in fiscal 2011. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts on an average are expecting the Company to report revenue of $342.64 million for fiscal 2012 and revenue of $381.41 million for fiscal 2013.
