CCR SA Announces Concludes Contracts to Enter into Airport Infrastructure Sector in Partnership with Grupo Camargo Correa and Grupo Andrade Gutierrez

CCR SA announced that on September 10, 212 it concluded, from the financial point of view, the contracts signed on April 2, 2012 between its subsidiaries Companhia de Participacoes em Concessoes and CCR Espa a - Concesiones y Participaciones SL with Andrade Gutierrez Concessoes SA (AGC). The contracts aim at the acquisition of the total of the holding held directly or indirectly by AGC in AGC Holding SA and AGC Airports Inc who are members of the project for the San Jose International Airport in Costa Rica with a 48.75% holding in the project. The contracts were signed after their approval by the Company’s Board of Directors on December 26, 2011, of shareholders on April 2, 2012 and in the extraordinary general meeting on January 16, 2012. The Company’s investment in the contracts equals USD 50,000,000 corresponding to BRL 101,695,943.30.
