CCR SA's Subsidiary Acquires 39% Stake in Curacao Airport Investments NV and in Result Holds 79.80% in Curacao Airport Investments NV

CCR SA announced that its subsidiary CCR Espa a - Concesiones y Participaciones SL (CCR ESPA A) on March 21, 2013 signed an agreement with Janssen de Jong Caribbean Airport Constructors NV (JANSSEN DE JONG) for the acquisition of a 39% stake in Curacao Airport Investments NV(CAI), who is holder of a 100% stake in Curacao Airport Partners NV (CAP), a concessionaire of HATO International Airport, international airport of Curacao and of 100% stake in Curacao Airport Real Estate Enterprises NV (CARE), a holding company. Transaction value is USD 15,546,000. JANSSEN DE JONG will be a direct holder of a 10% stake in CAI. After the acquisition, CCR ESPA will hold directly and indirectly a 79.80% stake in CAI.
