Cleveland Mining Co Ltd Raises AUD 7 Million Through Placement And Share Purchase Plan

Cleveland Mining Co Ltd announced that it has received firm commitments from institutional and sophisticated investors to raise AUD 7.0 million, comprised of a AUD 5.5 million placement (Placement) and a AUD 1.5 million Underwritten Share Purchase Plan (SPP) both priced at AUD 0.25 per share (together the Capital Raising). The funds will allow the Company to commence: exploration and extensional drilling surrounding the Premier Gold Mine; and sampling programs and drilling at the Mara Rosa Gold Project.
