Cadence Design Systems Inc Issues Q4 2012 Guidance In Line With Analysts' Estimates; Raises FY 2012 Guidance

Cadence Design Systems Inc announced that for fourth quarter of 2012, it expects total revenue in the range of $335 million to $345 million, GAAP net income per diluted share to be in the range of $0.13 to $0.15, Net income per diluted share (EPS) using the non-GAAP measure to be in the range of $0.18 to $0.20. For fiscal 2012, it expects total revenue in the range of $1,315 million to $1,325 million, GAAP basis, net income per diluted share to be in the range of $0.58 to $0.60 and non-GAAP net income per diluted share (EPS) to be in the range of $0.75 to $0.77. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report revenue of $336 million and EPS of $0.19 for fourth quarter of 2012; revenue of $1.31 billion and EPS of $0.73 for fiscal 2012.
