Cargotec Oyj Receives Order from South Korea
Cargotec Oyj announced that its MacGregor brand has received EUR 22 million order to deliver a 900-ton active heave-compensated (AHC) MacGregor subsea crane to the South Korean shipyard, Hyundai Heavy Industries Co Ltd. The crane will be installed on a 150m multi-purpose offshore construction vessel (MOCV) ordered by Sealion Shipping, on behalf of Toisa Ltd. Cargotec Oyj Receives EUR 37 Million Order For Macgregor Offshore Cranes From Hornbeck Offshore Services
Cargotec Oyj announced that MacGregor has received EUR37 million order from Hornbeck Offshore Services Inc. to deliver four 250-tonne active heave-compensated (AHC) subsea cranes for four multi-purpose supply vessels (MPSV). The cranes will be delivered between fourth quarter 2014 and third quarter 2015. The order is booked in the second quarter 2013 order intake. Full Article
Cargotec Oyj Updates on FY 2013 Financial Guidance
Cargotec Oyj announced that the Company's fiscal year 2013 sales are expected to be slightly below the fiscal year 2012 result and operating profit excluding restructuring costs is estimated to be at the fiscal year 2012 level. The Company also added that positive impact of efficiency improvement measures implemented will be weighted on the second half of the year. For the fiscal year 2012, Cargotec reported sales of EUR 3,327 million and operating profit of EUR 157.5 million. According to I/B/E/S Estimates analysts on average are expecting the Company to report revenue of EUR 3,196.76 million and operating profit of EUR 153.00 million for the fiscal year 2013. Cargotec Oyj's Kalmar Gains Port Equipment Order from Venezuela
Cargotec Oyj announced that its Kalmar brand has secured an order for 15 Kalmar E-One² rubber-tyred gantry (RTG) cranes from Bolivariana de Puertos (Bolipuertos), S.A through construction contractor Teixeira Duarte, part of the consortium Consorcio TD- Mota-Proyecto Puerto de la Guaira, in Venezuela. The deal follows an order for Kalmar port equipment received earlier in March from Bolipuertos. The equipment of this latest order is destined to be delivered to Bolipuerto's La Guaira location during the first half of 2014. The value of the order is approximately EUR 20 million. Full Article
Cargotec Oyj's MacGregor Receives Order
Cargotec Oyj announced that the Company's MacGregor has received another order, following MacGregor RoRo cargo access equipment order from South Korea announced on March 6, 2013, to deliver a total package of cargo access equipment for five new Container/RoRo (ConRo) vessels. The vessels are to be built at Hudong shipyard in China for the Atlantic Container Lines (ACL), which is part of the Grimaldi Group of Naples. The order includes MacGregor RoRo cargo access equipment, hatch covers and cell guides for container lashing for five new fourth generation vessels of 3,800 TEU and with vehicle capacity of 1,307 units. Cargotec Oyj's Kalmar Receives Order from Bolivariana de Puertos (Bolipuertos), S.A.
Cargotec Oyj announced that its Kalmar brand has secured an order for port equipment to Venezuela's government-owned port operator Bolivariana de Puertos (Bolipuertos), S.A. The parties have agreed not to disclose the exact value of the order. The portfolio of equipment, which is scheduled for delivery starting May 2013, includes 30 Kalmar reachstackers, four empty container handlers, eight heavy forklifts, nine light forklifts, seven heavy terminal tractors, 41 medium terminal tractors and one zero emission rubber-tyred gantry crane. Cargotec Oyj Receives Order for MacGregor RoRo Cargo Access Equipment
Cargotec Oyj announced that its brand MacGregor has received an order to deliver MacGregor RoRo cargo access equipment for five new 31,600 dwt Container/RoRo (ConRo) vessels from Hyundai Mipo Dockyard in South Korea. Cargotec Oyj Proposes FY 2012 Dividend of EUR 0.71 per Class A Share and EUR 0.72 per Class B Share
Cargotec Oyj announced that its Board of Directors proposes that for fiscal year 2012 a dividend of EUR 0.71 be paid for each of class A shares and a dividend of EUR 0.72 be paid for each of class B shares outstanding. The dividend will be paid to shareholders who on the record date for dividend distribution March 25, 2013, are registered as shareholders in the Company's shareholder register. The dividend payment date proposed by the Board of Directors is April 3, 2013. Cargotec Oyj Appoints Mr. Mika Vehvilainen New President and Chief Executive Officer
Cargotec Oyj announced that its Board of Directors has in its meeting on January 27, 2013 appointed Mr. Mika Vehvilainen the Company's new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
