Camelot Information Systems Inc Lowers FY And Q4 2011 Guidance-Conference Call

Camelot Information Systems lowered its fiscal 2011 guidance and expects revenue of approximately $225 million, adjusted net income of approximately $14 million and adjusted diluted earnings per ADS of $0.28 based on $49.6 million weighted ADS outstanding. The Company also lowered its fourth quarter 2011 guidance and expects revenue of approximately $57.6 million, adjusted net income of $1.4 million and an adjusted net income per ADS of $0.03 based on $47.2 million diluted ADS outstanding. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts were expecting the Company to report EPS of $0.09, net income of USD5.81 million and revenue of $62.55 million for the fourth quarter of 2011; EPS of $0.40, net income of $21.18 million on revenues of $229.96 million for fiscal 2011.
