Chaoda Modern Agriculture (Holdings) Ltd Announces Delay In Publication Of Interim Results Announcement For The Six Months Ended December 31, 2011
Chaoda Modern Agriculture (Holdings) Ltd announced that reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated September 30, 2011, regarding to the delay in publication of audited annual results of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively the Group) for the financial year ended June 30, 2011, (the Annual Results). Pursuant to Rule 13.49(6) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the Company is required to publish its Interim Results on a date not later than two months after the end of its first six months of the financial year ends, that is, on or before February 29, 2012. As of the date of this announcement, the Annual Results is pending for the publication. Therefore, the interim results announcement of the Group for the six months ended December 31, 2011, (the Interim Results) is delayed. The Company will endeavor to publish the Interim Results as soon as practicable. Further announcement(s) will be made to inform the shareholders of the Company on the date of the release of the Annual Results and the Interim Results. At the request of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company was suspended from 1:30 p.m. on September 26, 2011, and will remain suspended until further notice. Full Article
