Comtech Telecommunications Corp announced that it is tightening its fiscal 2012 revenue and Adjusted EBITDA guidance and increasing its diluted earnings per share guidance and expects its revenue to range from $420.0 million to $425.0 million, adjusted EBITDA to range from $73.0 million to $76.0 million and diluted earnings per share to range from $1.40 to $1.48. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts on an average were expecting the Company to report revenue of $421 million and EPS of $1.37 for fiscal 2012.
