Cocoa Processing Company Ltd Confirms Appointment of New Managing Director-News Bites - Africa
News Bites - Africa reported that Cocoa Processing Company Ltd announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has confirmed the appointment of Mr. Charles Debrah Asante as the substantive Managing Director of the Company with effect from October 1, 2012. Mr. Asante was until the confirmation of his appointment the Acting Managing Director. He replaces Mr. Richard Amarh Tetteh who retired after attaining the compulsory retiring age.
