CapMan Oyj Proposes No Dividend Payment for FY 2012; Company CEO Lennart Simonsen Resigns; Company Issues FY 2013 Operating Profit Guidance In Line With Analysts' Estimates

CapMan Oyj announced that its Board of Directors has decided to propose that no dividend should be paid for the fiscal year 2012. In addition, the Company announced that its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Lennart Simonsen has decided to resign as of February 8, 2013. The Company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Niko Haavisto has been appointed CEO for the interim period. The Company also announced that it expects its operating profit (EBIT) for the fiscal year 2013 to increase from the level obtained in the fiscal year 2012. For the fiscal year 2012, the Company reported operating profit of EUR 2.6 million. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts on average are expecting the Company to report EBIT of EUR 8.10 million for the fiscal year 2013.
