Cryo-Save Group NV's Shareholders Approve FY 2011 Dividend Payment

Cryo-Save Group NV announced that a dividend of EUR 0.08 per share, withholding 15% dividend tax and the dividend in shares will be paid out for fiscal year 2011. The ex-dividend date has been set at May 18, 2012, record date at May 22, 2012 and the payment date at June 14, 2012. All Ordinary Shares that are on the Group's shareholder register on May 22, 2012 will be entitled to the dividend. Shareholders who do not opt to receive a cash dividend will automatically receive shares.
