Coinstar, Inc. Issues Q2 2012 Guidance; Earnings Guidance Above Analysts' Estimates; Reaffirms FY 2012 Guidance

Coinstar, Inc. announced that for the second quarter of 2012, it expects Consolidated revenue between $525 million and $550 million; adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations between $114 million and $124 million; and diluted EPS from continuing operations between $1.09 and $1.24. For fiscal 2012, it expects consolidated revenue between $2.155 billion and $2.280 billion, adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations between $465.0 million and $495.0 million and diluted earnings per share from continuing operations between $4.40 and $4.80. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report EPS of $1.05, EBITDA of $109 million on revenues of $544 million ;EPS of $4.74, EBITDA of $460 million on revenues of $2.263 billion for fiscal 2012.
