Cuscapi Berhad Announces Transfer To Main Market Of Bursa Securities, Rights Issue And Bonus Issue

Cuscapi Berhad (Cuscapi) announced its proposed transfer of the listing of and quotation for the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Cuscapi from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities), renounceable rights issue of up to 146,749,640 Rights Shares on the basis of one Rights Share for every two existing Cuscapi Shares held by the entitled shareholders, together with up to 146,749,640 Warrants on the basis of one free Warrant for every one Rights Share subscribed for, on an entitlement date to be determined later, and bonus issue of up to 73,374,820 Bonus Shares on the basis of one Bonus Share for every two Rights Shares subscribed for by the entitled shareholders of Cuscapi and/ or their renouncee(s) pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants.
